Subject: Re: Tyres
Hi Chris, just wanted to say a big thanks for being so helpful when I came in to get my tyres fitted yesterday.
With a lot of these huge companies it's hard to get to know anyone, and you can just feel like cattle being prodded through the till sometimes. When my buddy told me about your shop it sounded brilliant. I wanted someone who would care about my tyres as much as I did, so thanks for answering all my questions and of course for the incredible price!
Just had an excellent experience getting new tyres from you today, and went to the website to leave a comment. BUT..Why don't you have a customer review area on your website? There, prospective customers can read all the positive comments & you'll get more business for sure. Often, there's only a few quid difference between suppliers... but it's the service that makes the difference. Go on... I'll bet it'll work well - you can have different sections for cars/vans, 4x4, bikes etc. Just a thought....anyway...thanks again for the great work.
I just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your team for being there on Saturday afternoon and changing Steve's tyre. I will definitely be recommending you to other bikers. Your help enabled us to get to Wales at about 7.30pm and have a good hoot round some welsh hills on Sunday. The girlie in the Hein Gericke shop in Cheltenham is doing a good referral service.
I was very impressed with your setup and the knowledge and helpfulness of your guys so I will definitely be making a trip back to you for my tyres (front will be soon). I love the ride in ride out idea - I don't want to have to take the wheels off myself - I'd probably get it wrong and stuff myself into a tree.
The TomTom still thinks that postcode is down near Slimbridge but GL2 5DN works, very odd, but I've saved the route now.
